INGREDIENTS 2 20-oz porterhouse steaks Kosher salt Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS Preheat grill to 450-500° and then generously season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Sear for 2 minutes, then rotate steaks 90 degrees and cook for 2 additional minutes.
Flip steaks, placing them on an unused, hot grill area to ensure beautiful grill marks, and repeat.
Check for doneness and continue to cook until desired temperature isachieved. Be sure to allow for proper rest time before serving. We use 30-40% of grilling time as a gauge.
