Providing the finest food and service is something Lisa DiFebo-Osias learned from her hard-working restaurateur mother and father, Bob and Charlotte DiFebo. Lisa inherited her father’s prowess as a chef and the classic techniques passed down from his family. She also gained a savvy business sense and management acumen from her mother. Both influences have shaped Lisa’s vision for her restaurants.

Tradition is imperative to the team at DiFebo’s. Lisa strives to bring family recipes to the restaurants and market at their locations in Bethany Beach and downtown Rehoboth. Quality is a priority. All staff, from managers to those washing dishes, have culinary experience and are lovers of food and hospitality. The energetic team is always willing to step up to a challenge and is never afraid to learn something new.

Continuing to broaden her horizons while remaining steadfast to her family’s legacy has been crucial to Lisa. She was the first female sous chef at the Culinary Institute of America, a four-time Food Network competitor, and a recipient of multiple business awards.

For Lisa DiFebo-Osias and her team, tradition does not mean ignoring the future but remembering the past.

  1. Best baked goods, sandwiches,bread, ice cream. Everything I have ever gotten there is so delicious.
    Just yesterday I got the bread pudding. What a treat. Just awesome. You cannot go wrong with any purchase at the Market.
