2023 Best Of Party Vendor

Please complete the form below and we’ll add your logo to our growing list vendors on our website and in our upcoming September/October print edition!

Hyatt Requirements

The Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay requires the following from all food and beverage vendors at our event:

1. A menu (with serving quantities).
2. An equipment list (any equipment you may need from the Hyatt with quantities).
3. A Certificate of Insurance.

Certificate of Insurance: Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay must be listed as an additional insured for coverage of $1,000,000 for November 3, 2023. This must be sent to us by email no later than October 1, 2023.

This is a standard request from a venue such as the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay. Please contact your commercial insurance representative today to begin the process. Thank you!

Our Partnership

Thank you again for joining us at the 2023 Best Of Party in Cambridge! We truly value your support and are looking forward to an amazing evening!

Our requirements/commitments include:

1. A minimum food/beverage total of 600 samples. 
2. You are responsible for providing guests plates, utensils, napkins and so on.
3. Set up time is from 3-6 p.m. only. Vendors not completed with set up by 6 p.m. may be asked to teardown and exit the premises. 
4. Food and beverage stations will open when the party begins at 6:30 p.m. sharp.
5. We will provide you with commemorative signage for your draped, 6-foot table. 
6. We will provide you with one complimentary 1/2 page ad in our September/October, November/December or January/February issues (graphic design services included).
7. We will market your participation in print, on our website and on social media. 
8. You will be provided with up to four vendors passes for you and your team to enjoy the event. Please note that your table must be manned at all times by at least two people.
