Independently and locally owned by the brother-sister team of Sam Greenfeld and Arlette Kelly Bright, the company brings years of real estate experience and knowledge to provide customer-centered real estate settlement services on behalf of buyers, investors, realtors, lenders and other market participants. Bright Title is not affiliated with or a captive company of any real estate or mortgage company, which allows them to serve the entire real estate settlement market as the freely chosen settlement agent for any customer.

The settlement agents at Bright Title are licensed and experienced issuers of title insurance and, with the rest of the Bright Title team, they provide all other real estate settlement services (acting as escrow agent, managing settlement logistics, coordinating with all parties, reviewing and clearing titles) professionally, diligently, and with utmost attention to detail, always focusing first on the needs of the customer.
