“We know that insurance can be a complicated product, and we set ourselves apart by educating our team at such a high level that we can analyze a sophisticated product and make it easy to understand for our clients,” said Andy Hartstein, a principal of the company who directs the Laurel office.

“We are not insurance salespeople — we are risk managers. While we do transact the sale of insurance products, that is not our main goal,” said Andy. “A true risk manager must first identify the risks faced by their client before they can craft a solution to address the risk. A broker who only sells an insurance policy has done very little to benefit their client. Our goal is to reduce our client’s risk and make them safer and more profitable. Oftentimes, that is not done through the sale of an insurance product.
