Leading its team is general manager Stevie Wishner, who first entered the restaurant industry as a hostess when she was in her early teens. After working her way up through several different restaurant roles, Stevie went on to earn a degree in hospitality before joining the SoDel family in 2017.

Supporting Stevie is a cohesive group of seasoned restaurant professionals, many of whom have been with Papa Grande’s since its opening. While their roles vary, all of Papa Grande’s employees share a devotion for exceptional service and a collective appreciation for getting every last detail exactly right.
