Springtime Smoothie Bowl with Kiwi, Spinach & Mango

Ingredients
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh spinach
1 frozen banana
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)
1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Toppings
Sliced kiwi or banana
Fresh strawberries, blueberries or raspberries
Granola
A drizzle of honey or maple syrup
A sprinkle of coconut flakes

Instructions
In a blender, combine mango, kiwi, spinach, frozen banana, almond milk and chia seeds, if using. Blend until smooth and thick.

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl. Arrange your chosen toppings artfully on top. Enjoy immediately with a spoon for a refreshing and colorful brunch experience.
