CRANBERRY CLURICHAUN

Ingredients 
1½ parts Redemption Wheated
1 dash grapefruit bitters
3 dashes Reisitbauer Carrot EDV
½ part lime juice
1 part spiced cranberry syrup
½ part dry vermouth

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and vigorously shake for 30 seconds. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with lime twist.

Recommended Holiday Food Pairing: Roasted prime rib or vegetable pasta

TOBOGGANERS PUNCH

Ingredients 
8 parts Redemption Rum Cask Finish
4 dashes Mole bitters
8 dashes Angostura bitters
3 parts lime juice
3 parts orange juice
3 parts grenadine
1 part creme de cacao
2 parts Jamaican rum mix

Instructions
Stir all ingredients in punch bowl with ice. Garnish with nutmeg. For an added Prohibition-inspired touch, serve in tea cups.

HOLIDAY SPRITZ

Ingredients
1½ parts Redemption Bourbon
2 parts stone batch
½ tsp allspice dram
¼ part bergamot
½ part blackcurrant\
½ part Pineau Des Charentes (grape aperitif)
Cider

Instructions
Stir all ingredients in shaker with ice, except cider. Strain over highball glass with ice. Top with cider. Garnish with lemon oils (optional).

WINTER FLING

Ingredients
2 parts Redemption Rye
¼ part cinnamon syrup
¾ oz sweet vermouth
Rinse of Dry Curaçao
1 dash Angostura bitters
3 dashes Pimento bitters

Instructions
Stir all ingredients in shaker with ice. Rinse chilled coupe glass with Dry Curaçao. Strain ingredients over chilled coupe glass and enjoy. CS
