Ingredients
4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
2 Tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Blend: Combine the watermelon cubes, lime juice, honey (if using) and a pinch of salt. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Strain (optional): For a smoother texture, pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
3. Pour & Insert: Fill popsicle molds with the watermelon mixture, leaving a little room at the top for expansion. Place the lid on the molds and insert popsicle sticks.
4. Freeze & Enjoy: Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully solid. Enjoy when ready! CS
