He started the firm in 1997 with Robin R. Cockey and Thomas J. Maloney, and they’ve become known for civil and criminal litigation — and, importantly, their commitment to the community. The founding partners are known for their sophisticated work in civil and criminal litigation and their devotion to developing strong personal relationships with their clients.

“The difference between operating in a small town versus a big city is that we establish relationships with our clients that extend beyond the firm, because we see them socially,” Brennan said.
