Ingredients
1 zucchini
1 large carrot
1 seedless cucumber
1 clove garlic, minced
1 red pepper
½ tsp ground turmeric
1 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Spiralize zucchini, carrot and cucumber
or peel and cut veggies into ribbons.
Add sliced red pepper and garlic.
In a small bowl, whisk together turmeric, sesame oil and vinegar. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss with veggie noodles and serve. CS
