Krista Valliant grew up in the real estate industry, and from a very young age, has known the value that superior quality architectural photography plays in showcasing properties for sellers and buyers, agents and brokers. Working for her parents at Seacoast Realty in Bethany Beach taught her the basics, and through experiences working for a national photography company shooting residential and vacation rental properties across the United States and the Caribbean, she parlayed her knowledge and talents into creating Atlantic Exposure LLC in 2018.

Her Berlin-based business features a beautiful downtown office space with a portrait studio and her team of 12 professionals includes photographers, FAA licensed drone pilots, quality control editors, a social media manager and an office manager. Atlantic Exposure’s services include photography, drone photos and videos, twilight, immersive Matterport tours, 3-D Zillow tours, virtual staging, detail photography, floorplan creation, social media videos, single property websites and more. Its roster of clients includes real estate agencies, custom home builders, interior designers, architects, hotels and restaurants, among others.

Atlantic Exposure’s photography has been featured on the cover and in countless home tour feature stories in Coastal Style magazine, as well as many other regional publications.
Its collective work in Delaware was recognized by being voted Best Real Estate Photographer in Sussex County by the readers of Coastal Style for the third year in a row.
