When the COVID-19 pandemic crippled the economy and closed local businesses indefinitely, most residents were forced to navigate an ocean of uncertainties, unsure what awaited them in the future, but yearned to make a positive contribution any way they could.

On the Delmarva Peninsula’s Mid-Shore region, Patrick and Elizabeth Wielgosz were no different. The husband-wife team owned and operated a successful grass-cutting and landscape company, servicing Dorchester County and its surrounding areas. But it was during this time that the couple took a leap of faith and pivoted their business in a new direction to make a bigger impact for their community.

Wielgosz Property Management, LLC, is a COVID-19-disinfecting-certified company that provides commercial janitorial cleaning services to area businesses.
