Unlike many oversized luxury builds, the front exterior is intentionally understated to maintain the area’s charm, while the back of the home is the true showpiece. Built with premium craftsmanship, the home incorporates reclaimed barn wood gifted by a friend, adding personal history and warmth to the modern coastal design.

With expansive glass walls, multiple balconies, and a resort-style pool, the design fully embraces panoramic bay views and indoor-outdoor living.

Inside, the home balances modern elegance with warm, rustic details. The custom bar transitions onto the deck, offering a perfect perch for watching fireworks over the bay. In the kitchen, a double island layout caters to hosting large gatherings, while reclaimed barn wood accents add character and authenticity. The floating cable-railed staircase enhances the open-concept feel.
