Paul and Kelly Jackson started their business under a roadside tent in Cambridge in 1998. That same year, they gave birth to their first child, Emily. The couple named their business in her honor — and Emily’s Produce has since grown into one of the most recognizable and popular farms on the Eastern Shore.

“It gave our family the understanding of how we would structure our dreams and goals of teaching our daughter about her agriculture heritage,” said Kelly. “Our local family farmers have been cultivating excellent produce for seven generations in Dorchester County. Strong family values and traditions have formed a solid foundation for our business. The only thing as strong as our family bond are the bonds we create with our customers.”

The Jackson family provides the community with a local farm experience that demonstrates honest, hardworking family values combined with exceptional products and superior customer service. Its team consists of Paul, Kelly, Emily, son Kyle, and a dedicated workforce that stands by the business year after year.

“Now, with a full-service kitchen, many u-pick opportunities, agritourism events, and homegrown flowers, food and more, we continue to be inspired and teach our children that progress can occur with hard work and dedication,” Kelly said.
