The Best Of Party is one of the most anticipated and popular events on the Eastern Shore each year! Join us as a Featured Partner and get to personally meet and interact with hundreds of potential future customers. This year’s Best Of Party will be held at the all-new Ashore Resort & Beach Club in Ocean City with the Atlantic Ocean as our backdrop! We’re anticipating as many as 1,000 attendees, so don’t miss your opportunity to promote your business as a sponsor in print, online and at the Best Of Party!

Ashore Resort & Beach Club Requirements

Ashore Resort & Beach Club requires the following from all food and beverage vendors at our event:

1. A menu (with serving quantities).
2. An equipment list (any equipment you may need from the Ashore with quantities).
3. A Certificate of Insurance.

Certificate of Insurance: Ashore Resort & Beach Club must be listed as an additional insured for coverage of $1,000,000 for November 1, 2024. This must be sent to us by email no later than October 1, 2024.

This is a standard request from a venue such as the Ashore Resort & Beach Club. Please contact your commercial insurance representative today to begin the process. Thank you!

Our Partnership

Thank you again for joining us at the 2024 Best Of Party in Ocean City! We truly value your support and are looking forward to an amazing evening together!

Our requirements/commitments include:

1. A minimum food/beverage total of 600 samples.
2. You are responsible for providing guests plates, utensils, napkins and so on.
3. Set up time is from 4-6 p.m. only. Vendors not completed with set up by 6 p.m. may be asked to teardown and exit the premises.
4. Food and beverage stations will open when the party begins at 6:30 p.m. sharp.
5. We will provide you with commemorative signage for your draped, 6-foot table.
6. We will provide you with one complimentary 1/2 page ad in our September/October, November/December or January/February issues (graphic design services included).
7. We will market your participation in print, on our website and on social media.
8. A maximum of four people are permitted. Please note that your table must be manned at all times.
