Backyard Grilled Cheeseburgers

Recipe by Shore Smoke Seasonings

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
2½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Between the Bun Seasoning
4-8 burger buns
Cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Onion
Tomato
Pickle
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Ketchup

Instructions
If using grill, preheat to medium-high heat. Using your hands, loosen up the ground beef and place it into a medium/large bowl. Pour in Between the Bun seasoning and the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Grab a fist full of the ground beef mixture and make a round patty, about 4 inches in diameter and 1-inch thick. Round edges until it forms a patty.

When the grill is hot, place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the burger is cooked to your liking. Place a slice of cheese on top of the burger during the last 30 seconds of cooking. Remove burgers from the grill and place on a flat tray to cool.

Toast the buns, if desired. Assemble the burgers to your liking by adding your favorite toppings and condiments. Serve and enjoy!
