Backyard Grilled Cheeseburgers
Here’s a real summertime classic. Four ingredients and the bun. What about other toppings and condiments? We’ll leave that one up to you. Who doesn’t love that oh so good perfect cheeseburger. Enjoy!

COOK TIME: 5-7 min
Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
2½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Between the Bun Seasoning
4-8 burger buns
Cheddar cheese
Lettuce
Onion
Tomato
Pickle
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Ketchup
Directions
If using a grill, preheat to medium-high heat. Using your hands, loosen up the ground beef and place it into a medium/large bowl. Pour in Between the Bun seasoning and the Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Grab a fist full of the ground beef mixture and make a round patty, about 4 inches in diameter and 1-inch thick. Round edges until it forms a patty.
When the grill is hot, place the burger patties on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the burger is cooked to your liking. Place a slice of cheese on top of the burger during the last 30 seconds of cooking. Remove burgers from the grill and place on a flat tray to cool.
Toast the buns, if desired. Assemble the burgers to your liking by adding your favorite toppings and condiments. Serve and enjoy!
