Family. That’s how Back Street Grill owner Leslie Reeves describes her team of 50 employees — some of whom date back nearly two decades, to when she and her husband, Mark, opened Market Street Inn in Salisbury.

“Many members of our team have been with us for 10-plus years, across several locations,” Leslie said. “We are blessed to have our three children involved in our business and so many members of our staff who feel like family.”

Known for its burger nights, affordable and customizable menu, legendary lunches, beach fries, homemade specials and family-dynamic setting, Back Street Grill claimed five awards in this year’s Coastal Style Best Of Readers’ Poll after recording six last year.

“We are so grateful for our wonderful regulars who have voted us the best in many categories over the years,” Leslie said. “We couldn’t do it without the support of our great staff, vendors and family, too.

“Our business is always evolving to meet the needs of our customers, so they can continue to enjoy the food and service they’ve loved for years at a great price,” Leslie said. “Our customers can also get all their favorite menu items at our Ocean Pines location, Southgate Grill.
