That means we reinvest all profits back into the hospital and health system in the form of new programs and technology, as well as recruitment and retention of highquality physicians and staff. We are here to serve.”

For its staff, it’s not just a job. While financial security is the primary reason anyone pursues a career, the less tangible aspects of working at Atlantic General are what draw its staff — and keep them there.
