From The Brick Hotel On The Circle
A staple of Eastern Shore gatherings any time of year, why not celebrate the season with some good old-fashioned crab dip. Mark Buchanan’s personal recipe will have you reaching for another scoop.
8 oz cream cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ cup cheddar, shredded
1 Tbsp Old Bay
1 tsp lemon juice
2 oz jumbo lump crabmeat
Mix all ingredients (except crabmeat) until smooth and well combined. Place crabmeat in the bottom of a baking dish and cover with cream-cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until bubbly and brown on top.
