Led by Ryan and Kristy Haley, Atlantic Shores Realty is at the forefront of the ever-evolving real estate industry

When Ryan and Kristy Haley launched Atlantic Shores Realty in 2010, they planned to slowly but surely grow their office into a progressive team of dedicated real estate professionals. They wanted to offer an optimal homebuying and selling experience to the residents of our community and believed the best way to accomplish this was by providing an experience centered on the clients’ needs, rather than focusing on individual agent sales. 
 

Mission accomplished. Today, the Haley Group at Atlantic Shores Realty encompasses a team of 13 professionals, including a marketing manager, listing/settlement coordinator, courier and eight full-time agents. There is a mixture of team members who were born and raised in the area and others who first came to the area as vacationers and later became permanent residents. Their wide-ranging backgrounds and varying connections to the area allow them to relate to the unique needs of each local homebuyer and seller.
 

Whether clients are looking to sell their home or purchase a new home with Atlantic Shores Realty, they gain access to the expertise of a well-rounded team, rather than just an individual agent. This team-driven system distinguishes Atlantic Shores from other real estate companies in the area.

This customer-focused mentality has played a role in the team’s success, which includes selling
178 properties in 2017. 
 

Ryan, Kristy and the rest of the team at Atlantic Shores Realty recognize the ever-evolving nature of real estate practices, which is why they make it a point to remain up-to-date with technological advances in the industry. They consistently attend real estate conferences across the country, and they make sure to implement the knowledge obtained from these conferences into their everyday business models. 
 

Currently, the Atlantic Shores website offers buyers advanced-property search tools to view all available local listings, browse reports that include valuable neighborhood information and to sign up for email updates on local listings.
